Most Unique Bars in Wrigleyville

In a place like Wrigleyville with such close proximity to the field, it’s no surprise that sports bars are on every corner. What you may not know is that there are plenty of sports bars with a twist. Whether you’re looking for batting cages, a game of beer pong, or a comedy show that’s separated from the much-dreaded riffraff, MostBest has you covered.

When you first walk in to this massive bar, you’ll notice two pianos facing each other, which is where their biweekly and incredibly lively Dueling Piano Show takes place. You don’t want to miss it.

Up the stairs to the second floor is where you’ll find their massive game room, complete with Skee-Ball, air hockey, and tons of arcade games. But what really put this spot on the map are the batting cages. You read that right, batting cages and beer right next to Wrigley Field.

Dueling Piano: Fridays @ 10:00pm & Saturdays @ 9:00pm
Game Room: 11:00am – 11:00pm (Weekdays) or 1:00am (Weekends)

You can find Sluggers at 3540 N Clark St

Beer on Clark may have a ton of beer, and they may be located on Clark Street, but the reason you come to this unique spot is for the drinking games and the karaoke. They have multiple setups for beer pong and flip cup, and the karaoke crowd couldn’t be more rowdy. It’s a great place to hang out and feel like you’re in college again–they have corn hole too!

Hours: Mon-Fri: 4:00pm – 2:00am | Sat: 11:00am – 3:00am | Sun: 11:00am – 2:00am

You can find Beer on Clark at 3415 N Clark St

Underground Lounge

As the name suggests, Underground Lounge is literally located underground, and has a comedy or music show going on almost every night of the week. It has a cheap drink selection, retro arcade games in the back, and it’s a total dive bar, which means the pop-collared crowd of bros don’t step foot inside. Don’t ask for a Strawtini; ask for an ice cold Lagunitas Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ beer to chase your shot of Jameson with.

Best Night: Wednesday or Thursday Open Mic Comedy Nights (8pm)

You can find Underground Lounge at 952 W Newport Ave
