Not only does this place serve up mouthwatering homemade pies, but also provides weekly home-cooked, restaurant-quality meals to about 4,000 people in need every month. You have to try their Apple Pie—it was featured as one of Food & Wine’s best apple pies in America.

Diversity and creativity are the name of the game at this quirky spot. Everyone can enjoy these seasonal pies, as there are both vegan and gluten-free options. Though it started as a food truck, it is now a brick and mortar store that also serves up coffee roasted in-house. The service is also phenomenal. Say, “Hi!” to Cheryl for us!

You can find Bang Bang at 2051 N California Ave.
