This Capitol Hill hotspot’s spirits won triple gold in the MicroLiquor Spirit Awards. You’ll sip on gin, vodka, or bourbon, with lots of innovative variety, including Hot Pepper Vodka. When you fall in love in their tasting room (which you will), you can purchase a bottle on your way out.

You can find OOLA Distillery at 1314 E Union St.

Copperworks Distillery

Winning the World Spirits Competition for their gin the first time they entered, Copperworks is only getting better and better. With four handcrafted copper stills from Scotland dedicated to whiskey, gin, and vodka, there is plenty to sample. As a bonus, it’s just steps from the waterfront!

You can find Copperworks Distillery at 1250 Alaskan Way.
