Club Charles is really something special–the décor and atmosphere make it seem like it’s straight out of the 1940s, and the spot is also rumored to be haunted, frequented by ghosts and featured in the History Channel’s “Haunted Baltimore”. It also features two floors of spacious seating and service up tasty bar food on an eclectic menu.

John Reusing, the owner of Bad Decisions, wanted to combine the vibe of a comfortable neighborhood dive bar with the high-end drinks found in fancy cocktail bars—and he’s done exactly that. The exceptional concoctions cover the preference spectrum, from the Pumpkin Spice Martini to the S’Mores Martini (complete with a graham cracker rim).

With TVs all around and a great draft beer system, iBar is a lively place to meet up with friends and watch the game. The rotating menu is Tex-Mex and Mediterranean-inspired, with some amazing Baltimore-inspired comfort foods; but the wings are the real stars of the show. The wing sauce is made in-house, served with a crispy exterior and an extremely juicy center.
