The Paramount Theatre has been serving both the citizens of Seattle and visitors alike since 1928. They host all sorts of events, including concerts, movies, comedians, and even Broadway shows. The sound quality is incredible, and the floor is slanted, so when you’re in general admission you can see no matter where you stand.

Originally a vaudeville theatre, Columbia City Theatre still hosts a wide variety of performers. This place has seen the evolution of music firsthand, from jazz superstars like Ella Fitzgerald, to the first punk bands, to underground raves. The space is intimate enough that you’ll be able to get up close and personal, and Spin Magazine has called it Seattle’s “finest sounding room.”
