Head over to Goose Island and experience the most fun you’ll have at a brewpub. They have upwards of 25 beers available, many of which are brewed on site and are offered in growlers to take home. Their food menu shouldn’t be overlooked either, with delicious dishes like the Stilton Burger and the Sriracha Wings with wasabi aioli sauce taking center stage.

You can find Goose Island at 1800 N Clybourn Ave.

Buddy Guy is the Chicago blues personified, and Buddy Guy’s Legends is his temple. There are few spots in this city more iconic, and there are even fewer that feature such fantastic local acts and legends. Located in the South Loop, it features a large collection of beers and liquor, which you can enjoy while you listen to the soulful sounds of the stage.

You can find Buddy Guy’s Legends at 700 S Wabash Ave.

The Empty Bottle is an absolutely legendary live music venue; a coveted West Town joint that’s been showing Chicago a good time since 1992. They have a photo booth, graffiti wall, pinball machine, and all the amenities to feel like you’re at a kick-ass party. The selection at the bar is just plain impressive, as well as cheap, especially for a music venue.

You can find Empty Bottle at 1035 N Western Ave.
