We couldn’t leave one of the original salad bars out of this top three. Opened in 1971, this spot’s salad bar is packed with all sorts of ingredients, from chocolate chip cream cheese to chopped liver. It’s seriously massive. Besides the top-notch selection, this quirky spot is a whole lotta fun.

You can find RJ Grunts at 2056 N Lincoln Park West.

While there are eight locations in the city, quality and freshness pervades through all of them. You can always count on Jason’s to have all-natural ingredients and some amazing meats. The dressings are out-of-this-world, and there’s even a nutrition calculator on the website for those who are being careful about their diets.

You can find Jason’s Deli at multiple locations.
