Chicago’s Best Selfie Spots

When you’re hanging out in Chicago, there is so much to see and do that it can be hard to decide what’s worth that selfie shot and Instagram. These spots will allow you to capture the essence of the city, but aren’t overdone.

Rather than Instagramming your distorted reflection in The Bean, head to the corner of Michigan and Roosevelt for an unexpected shot with Agora (that big field of legs). With 106 nine foot tall leg sculptures there’s tons of freedom to make it your own.

This one is better known as the Michael Jordan statue at the United Center, and for most, it’s the closest they’ll ever get to taking a photo with the Chicago legend himself. Bonus points if you can get a shot in the air and match his pose.

We love this mural at Oak Street Beach because the wall is so massive and colorful that there are endless opportunities to do something different. It also relays a great message about keeping the beach clean. Make it seem candid or look down on the mural from the railing above to keep it artsy.
