Chicago’s Best Fall Cocktails

Graduate from pumpkin spice lattes and apple cider to the big kid stuff. These are our favorite cocktails to sip amidst the changing leaves and the crisp air.

The Promontory – Momma D’s Pumpkin Pie

How can you resist a drink with a name like this? It’s like drinking dessert, and the Pisco butter, pumpkin soda, graham cracker syrup, and maple whip make a mouthwatering combination.

You can find The Promontory at 5311 S Lake Park Ave.

Celeste – The Harvest

When you’re in River North, you’ll want to run to grab this tasty treat. This dainty little drink packs a flavorful punch, with apple butter, brandy, and a cinnamon stick to top it all off. Truly a taste of autumn.

You can find Celeste at 111 W Hubbard St.

ETA – Maple & Sage

Most Chicago apartments don’t have fireplaces, but this cocktail evokes the same feeling as a burning hearth. The glass is smoked with burnt sage and then Spanish white wine, rum, and maple syrup are mixed in. It’s all topped off with a sprig of Sage for an earthy finish.

You can find ETA at 455 N Park Drive.
