Honolulu’s Most Family Friendly Beaches

Pretty much every beach in Hawaii looks like it’s out of a postcard, but some are more family friendly than others. Here are the top three most geared for parents with kids.

Both kid and pet friendly, this oasis taken straight from a postcard features crystal clear blue waters, white sand, and more photo opportunities than you’ll know what to do with. The park is great for exploring, and the food trucks are always delicious.

Same picturesque beach, with both sandy shores and rockier parts, and it’s a wonderful place to camp. Bring the whole family, pitch a tent, roast some marshmallows, and take a midnight dip.

Lanikai means “Heavenly Sea” in Hawaiian, and it does that lofty title justice. With a world-renown reputation for being one of the very best in the world, you know you’re in for a stunning setting. Parking is a bit tricky and there are no bathrooms, but that’s a very small price to pay.
